Jericho is a beautiful Arab town just 20 minutes downhill from Jerusalem and located on the northern edge of the Dead Sea.  Putting my car into neutral and coasting down this hill the car exceeded 140 kph (88 mph) during my downhill journey to Jericho, with only one exception along the way where the road goes up, you can coast all the way to Jericho from Jerusalem.
