America
Life is not easy for the youth in America today, fresh out of school or college they enter this world with great financial burdens placed upon them, many times being left homeless by18, so much rejection, animosity, hurt and pain. The loss of the Family Morals and Values within America has become painfully evident. Because of the struggles I have seen in my own children and others, I was compelled to research this issue with some startling results. Through countless hours and researching data I have come to conclude that Americans today are like a frog in a pan of water with a slow flame, and Americans, like the frog, are coming to their boiling point. We do not see or feel it because it has been so gradual and evasive, but we all know something is not right. Because of the slow impact, this report is a comparison over the past 30 years so that we can see what the true impact is, and how hot we are getting.
The primary purpose of any government and for all people is to leave behind them a world for their children that can promote peace and prosperity, to leave them with a “Better World.” We all want our children to grow up with this, and this means a strong sense of family along with the morals and the values that come with it. In this report I will address many issues, but all conclusions will be based upon a level of growth or decline of the, “Family Morals and Values,” that made America into such a great nation.
Also, and equally as important and can be joined with the above, is the government must be a true representative and voice of its people, to protect its citizens, to uphold fair Justice both foreign and domestic, and to help the oppressed and destitute. These aspects are going to be equally observed in confronting these issues in this report.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Since the beginning man has needed to fight to survive, he was designed as a Warrior and is a part of mans nature. Not until this past century, and especially since WWII, have we found this need to “Fight to Survive” dissipate so rapidly. Today, for many it has disappeared all together, and yet the Warrior remains. Society in America today has also demonstrated that this fight manifests itself into other areas causing conflicts, violence, addictions and all forms of battles going on within ourselves and society as a whole. Suicides, Divorces, family and personal struggles have increased greatly, and sexual promiscuity for years has led to decline in the morality of this nation, to the level that some believe that sodomy, rape and black mail is only abuse and not torture in the prisons in Iraq. This is greatly disturbing and demonstrates our desensitization to certain morals and values within our country today. This knowledge is going to be used and applied in this report and recommendations.
