"Weapons of Mass Destruction"

Any weapon that can take out my home or family to me is a "Weapon of Mass Destruction" which would include an Apache helicopter, an M1 Tank, or a Tomahawk Missile.  These are weapons used to incite fear and terror upon its opponents, and when viewed from a civilian perspective, it is a WMD.

Knowing this from an individual perspective, America launched a pre-emptive strike using WMD's upon Iraq through the use of falsehoods propagated by our current administration of their alleged arsenal of WMD's.

If we question a WMD upon America's part, we must see the Missiles and 5,000 lb. bunker buster bombs we have used.  These weapons cause wide spread damage, death, terror, and panic among the people.  For the person on the ground, the Apache Helicopter is one of the most feared WMD, they are highly mobile and vary deadly.
